Having visited Hanoi for business we decided to take the family (2 adults, 2 older teenagers) for a 12 day holiday to Vietnam. We have always traveled independently but decided this time to take a tour. Great Tours had about what we wanted and to our surprise Ms Chu Bich Phuong tailored it to a private tour for us. We cannot recommend them enough, it cost a lot less than tours out of Australia and being locally provided and guided there’s complete flexibility with preparing the itinerary and during the tour. We will definitely use again.

The Tour was very well organised : Vehicles were modern, comfortable. Breakfasts were nice at high standard hotels. Lunch were nice too while on tour.. Huong Hai cruise at Bai Tu Long Bay was one of the best touring with many helpful activities which most of passengers enjoyed.

We spent 17 nights on our Vietnam Great Tour starting in Saigon and finishing in Luang Prabang. All of our accommodation was very good and well located. We embraced all the tours, lunches and experiences and had a fantastic time playing ‘tommy tourists’. Our holiday experience was stress free, very well organized and excellent value. We had a truly fabulous holiday. If you accidentally overpay you will not get a full refund. We would highly recommend booking a trip through Vietnam Great Tours.

We had a fabulous trip around Vietnam. Mr Billy organised everything according to our wishes. Everything went like clockwork, pickups, drop offs, meals, cruises and so on.
